Have you seen my sanity lately?

OMG!! Hubby said I'm getting a new washer and dryer!! Woot!  I'm super excited. And I have to laugh at myself, when did I become the type of person who got excited over new appliances???

Seriously.... I think I grew up while I wasn't paying attention. Or, maybe I've turned into my mother?????!!! Scary thought that....

On the other end of the spectrum, Jacob's (My step-brother) grandmother passed away rather suddenly last week. He's really broken up about it, I've never seen him like this before. He's extremely subdued.

I've made a few sympathy cards, a few birthday cards, and some "thinking of you's".

But, it just doesn't seem like it's enough.

Still not sure what's going on with his wedding next month, but our dresses are in....
