Creative Card Crew Challenge #35 - Bling

Create a card for any occasion and bling it out!!

For my card this week I used a couple of digi stamps from Tiddly Inks - Celebrate Joyfully and Bloom Beautifully.  I colored the image with my polychromos pencils, creating the cloud background with a dirty blue ink dabber.  The yellow background is a sheet of Bazzill canary yellow paper that I stamped with several sizes of posies from Heartfelt Creations using Versacolor Ink in Marigold.  The ribbons are from American Crafts and were dyed to match the card.  Extra bling in the flowers and gems from Hero Arts.  I also used my Gellyroll Star pens in Clear, Blue, Rose, Gold, and Red.

Just a simple friendship card so no sentiment on the front, here's the inside:
