12 Tags of 2013 - March Edition

Wow this month's tag from Tim Holtz has some super fun techniques!  My fave?  covering the background with tinsel twine & coloring it with alcohol ink!  And how cool does it become when you heat the tinsel to melt it a bit?  Very vintage - I LOVE IT!!
