Compendium of Curiosities Challenge #32

Hey all, well it's a snowy weekend here in Minnesota...we've received a total of 10 inches so far and it's still coming down!  Looks like we'll have a white Christmas after all (yay!).  After several hours of plowing and shoveling, my boys are all pooped out.

I'm warm and snug here in my craft room creating a card for the latest Compendium of Curiosities Challenge from Studio L3.  Today's technique can be found on page 63 of A Compendium of Curiosities Volume 2 by Tim Holtz.

I tried to get a closer shot to show the "frost" on the window panes...
It's pretty hard to see.
