Hey everyone :)  This week's Compendium of Curiosities II challenge over at Studio L3 is to create a project using the Whitewash Stamping technique found on page 47 of A Compendium of Curiosities Vol. 2 by Tim Holtz.  This week's challenge is sponsored by The Funkie Junkie Boutique - it's a great spot to get all things papercrafting!

For my project this week I went with a tag:

It's kinda hard to see the whitewashed butterflies in the background on the picture, but they're there.  This was a really fun technique and there are so many different ways to use it, I know it's one I will use again and again!

Cardstock:  Bazzill – Black, Natural Kraft
Decorative Paper:  Graphic 45 – Olde Curiosity Shoppe
Stamps:  Stampendous Tim Holtz – Urban Chic
Inks, Stains and Paints:  Ranger Distress Stain – Picket Fence;  Ranger Distress Ink – Festive Berries, Peeled Paint, Dusty Concord, Broken China, Chipped Sapphire, Wild Honey, Embossing; Stampendous Embossing Powder - Black
Accessories & Other Stuff:  American Crafts Ribbon, Prima Flowers, Tim Holtz Idea-ology – Trinket Pin, Baubles, Muse Charm, Jump Rings

Have a great day!
