Hey all, this week's Compendium of Curiosities Challenge over at Studio L3 is the repurposed packaging technique that can be found on page 62 of Compendium of Curiosities Volume 2 by Tim Holtz.
The technique in the book shows a couple of different ways to re-use the plastic packaging that comes with a lot of craft supplies.
Believe it or not, the flowers on this box were made from the clear plastic sheet that held some cling stamps! I colored the plastic using Adirondack Alcohol Inks and then cut out the petals, heated them with my heat tool and molded them into shape. Pretty cool huh?
