Perfect Sentiments Challenge #33 - A Special Man

It's Wednesday!  That means it's time for a new challenge over at The Perfect Sentiment!  Our lovely sponsor this week is Pattie's Creations!  They are kindly offering one free digi to our lucky winner!

The Challenge: create a card with a sentiment for a special man. Your sentiment must be on the front of the card
The Twist: no patterned paper is allowed on your card.

It's super easy to play along - just grab your stamps, cardstock, and inks and create a card that fits with our challenge and twist (remember your sentiment must be on the front of the card).  When you're done, pop it on your blog or another photo-hosting website and then head back over to The Perfect Sentiment Challenge Blog and link it up!

I made this card for my Uncle who was recently promoted to Colonel.

Supplies
Cardstock:  Truly Yours – White Card Base; The Paper Company – Forest Cover; Hero Layering Paper - Tan
Stamps:  Our Daily Bread Designs – Not Forgotten; Hero Arts Sentiment
Inks, Stains and Paints:  Memento – Rich Cocoa;  Colorbox – Chestnut Roan

  1. Cheryl, This is a magnificent card! Love that you stamped it with brown ink and then didn't color it. What an incredible vintage feel. Fantastic job matting the image.
