Love and Wildflowers - Grungy Monday #38

Well yes, it's Wednesday and I'm FINALLY getting around to my Grungy Monday project over at Studio L3.  Whew...a new puppy in the house is putting a temporary damper on my crafting time! :)

This week's Grungy Monday Challenge is to create a project using Tim's 12 Tags of Christmas 2007 Day 2 as inspiration.  This resist technique is one of my faves and I love how the butterfly ghosts turned out!

Supplies
Cardstock:  Avery #8 Manila Tag
Stamps:  Sweet N Sassy - Wildflowers
Inks, Stains and Paints:  Adirondack Paint Dabber – Snowcap, Lemonade, Cranberry; Ranger Distress Ink – Peeled Paint, Bundled Sage, Crushed Olive, Evergreen Bough, Forest Moss, Iced Spruce; StazOn – Jet Black
Dies, Punches & Embossing Folders:  Sizzix Tim Holtz Alterations Movers & Shapers – Mini Butterflies Set
Accessories & Other Stuff:   American Crafts Ribbon, Caramel Twine, Zing Clear Embossing Powder; Prima Charm; Tim Holtz Idea-ology – Baubles, Jump Rings; Mark Richards Elements – Crystal Stickers

Thanks so much for taking a peek!

  1. Cheryl, I love your tag! Your placement of the field of flowers is so lovely. It almost feels as though the flowers are being blown by a soft, spring breeze.
    Happy Creating,
